Every person has the ability to learn it and apply it to his daily life. Whoever practices the Lord Buddha’s Teachings will be able to witness noticeable self-improvement as well as life-improvement
Meditation
Meditation should be practiced regularly. It should be treated as a necessity and an important activity in life. When you do so, you will be faced with happiness and success in life. When you are the centre of happiness, peace would be expanded to others in your family, society, country, and eventually creating world peace.
To A Better Life
In our daily lives, an array of problems of varying degrees, correlating to our family circumstance, profession, education, and responsibilities can arise. When faced with problems, the methods people employed to solve them, may differ according to their experience and familiarity and with outcomes that are never predictable. However, if we are trained to examine problems with a still mind, we will be able to clearly identify their origin. This skill can be developed through the practice of meditation.
Daily Wisdom
Wisdom or right knowledge about the world and life is considered universal. If we were to study it until we can fully understand and adapt it in our daily lives, we would lead more complete lives as individuals and families. Apart from being able to walk on the correct path, we would also be able to help society and the world to progress in a better and happier direction. All this would ultimately lead to the goal of world peace.
